ABOUT STARS FEDERATION CLUBSTARS FEDERATION CLUB is a youth sports club developing soccer STARS each player at a time. Serving northern Delaware and the surrounding areas STARS FC focuses on skills training and player development to compete in local tournaments and leagues.
